We are an offshoot of Cakasa (Nig.) Company Limited, an EPC company incorporated in 1974 and has remained a trailblazer in the Nigeria oil and gas sector since its inception till date.
Cakasa Maintenance Services Ltd (CMSL) is a leading indigenous oil and gas maintenance services provider with many years of experience in both the upstream and downstream sectors on the Nigerian oil and gas sector.

Our team of experienced engineers and technicians are actively working at the various oil and gas fields across the Niger Delta region of Nigeria in both land & swap locations as well as in shallow and deep-water offshore locations belonging to various clients.

We were prior to our spin off from the mother company in July, 2021, operating as the Maintenance and Products services arm of Cakasa (Nig.) company Ltd. and we have been operating since 1979 as a maintenance services provider, agent / distributor of a number of OEM’s whose products and equipment feature prominently and has a large installed base in Nigeria’s oil and gas facilities.
Our early entry and progress in technology expertise has enabled us to prepare for the challenges and opportunities for local content involvement prior to the promulgation of the Nigerian Content Act in the Nigerian oil and gas sector.
This deliberate effort of ours has provided us with enough time to develop our technical manpower to be able to provide and cope with the challenges of providing medium scale global maintenance services in Nigeria and beyond it Nigeria’s shores.
