Laboratory upgrade in progress: We are currently upgrading our Flow Measurement Laboratory to meet the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard — independently certifying the accuracy of our calibration and fiscal metering results.

LACT unit annual recertification
We inspect, calibrate, and recertify Lease Automatic Custody Transfer (LACT) Units and Pipe Prover Systems in line with NUPRC/NMDPRA and API standards to ensure fiscal accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Gas metering
Fiscal gas metering revalidation
Quarterly and annual verification and revalidation of fiscal gas metering systems — turbine, ultrasonic, orifice, and others — for gas custody transfer points. Ensures accuracy, traceability, and regulatory compliance.
Proving
Meter proving services
On-site and laboratory proving using master meters, compact pipe provers, or prover tanks (500L+) to establish meter factors traceable to national and international standards.
Maintenance
Meter servicing & repairs
Routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of metering systems — flow meters, valves, transmitters, and controllers — to ensure reliability and minimise downtime.
Calibration
Instrument calibration
Calibration of pressure gauges, transmitters, switches, temperature sensors, recorders, and controllers to ensure accuracy and traceability to standards.
Commissioning
Installation, commissioning & SAT
Installation, configuration, and commissioning of new metering systems — including Site Acceptance Testing and full integration with SCADA/DCS systems.
Equipment Leasing
Leasing of loading equipment & operational services
Provision and leasing of portable loading skids, transfer pumps, hoses, and flow meters for truck and barge loading. Includes on-site supervision, measurement documentation, and reconciliation.
Consultancy
Flow measurement laboratory & consultancy
Laboratory services and expert advisory on measurement uncertainty, NUPRC/NMDPRA and API compliance, LACT and gas metering design, and hydrocarbon accounting optimization.
