Culture-driven training

Repositioning CMSL through people and skills

The management of CMSL, in her renewed commitment to enhancing staff on-the-job performance and overall manpower development, created the Training and Development Unit to reposition the organisation by equipping staff with appropriate skillsets and competencies required in the present-day dynamic working environment.

The Training and Development Unit identifies employees' skills gaps and prepares them for new challenges posed by technological advancements in the Oil and Gas Industry. Through appropriate recommendations, the Unit ensures that staff value in the company improves and reduces staff turnover rate.

World-class actuator workshop

CMSL has built a world-class Actuator Workshop that serves as both a service centre and a Training Centre for employees — with plans to extend access to other professionals in the Oil and Gas industry in the future.

Training is coordinated in conjunction with Heads of Units — covering foreign, local, and in-house programmes tailored to the specific requirements of each function.
